In a little less than three weeks, I will be participating in the 2016 Tinkerbell Half Marathon at the Disneyland Resort. I will join thousands of other runners for this fifth annual race throughout the two theme parks and on the streets of Anaheim. Some of you may be familiar with runDisney races, and even participated in them, but many of you may have questions about runDisney events.
I recently had the honor of having my first guest post, “All About runDisney Races”, published on the DLR Prep School blog. If you are not familiar with this blog, I highly recommend it for your Disneyland Resort planning needs. Casey, the owner/blogger at DLR Prep School, writes comprehensive Disneyland Resort posts and maintains an interactive Facebook page. (Update: As of March 2017, DLR Prep School is now Disneyland Daily)

It was a privilege to share my post on DLR Prep School. If you have followed this blog from the beginning, you may recall that one of my early posts, “Pixie Power”, which about friendships beyond the finish line. I’m looking forward to the upcoming Tinkerbell Half Marathon and seeing many of these friends again.
Have you participated in a runDisney event? What advice/suggestions would you add for novice runners? Add your thoughts in the comments section.
